Getting Ready for Tax Time

Can you believe it is already July?

We are looking forward to seeing you for your annual tax return appointments. To book in you can call us on 02 9742 3553 to make an appointment. This year we are also accepting bookings online.

To ensure we are able to run as smooth as possible during this period we have compiled a list of items below which will be required to complete your Tax Returns. Please have these ready for your appointment:


  • PAYG Summary for FY2023. This will be available in your MyGov account for most employees on or around July 8th.

  • Any work related expenses incurred over the year (e.g. training, professional memberships)

  • Receipts for other Tax Deductible items (Donations, Uniforms etc.)

  • Interest earned amounts for any bank accounts you have

  • Details of your Private Health Insurance

If you own an Investment Property you will also need to have on hand:

  • End of financial year rental summary for investment Property(s) from your real estate agent

  • Receipts for capital expenses related to the investment properties. These include any renovations completed as these won’t appear on the rental summary.

  • Depreciation schedule for your investment property

  • Statements of interest you have paid for your loans
